Events Producer

Position Summary

The role involves working across a number of our key accounts and projects. Dealing with our clients and understanding how to take their ambitions and messages and turn them into compelling and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Traditional project management and project delivery – end to end (On time; on budget etc.)
  • Briefing, managing and guiding the extended M team to deliver against client objectives
  • Create and manage own budgets, overseeing all other department figures, ensuring client approval of all spend, PO’s raised in a timely manner and sales invoices raised to client on time
  • Scheduling and resourcing all elements including milestone setting, critical paths
  • Developing strong relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring exceptional client service
  • Ensure all event requirements are understood and communicated to allow forward planning by Studio and Digital teams, sensible procurement and delivery aligned to the event critical path
  • Provide advice and guidance to support our client to achieve the best possible outcomes with optimal return on their investment
  • Act as a main point of contact for the client with reporting of time spent against each project
  • Prepare debrief reports and identify areas that can be improved in the future

Personal Attributes

  • Dynamic, engaging and passion for live events and communications
  • An ability to think innovatively and creatively
  • Commercially-minded with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Event production role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to build good relationships and partnerships across M
  • A stickler for detail, following our internal systems, policies and processes
  • Friendly and approachable with a willingness to working collaboratively with colleagues
  • UK National or relevant permissions to work in the UK
