Each year, we select four to six apprentices to welcome in to M. Joining us as part of a nine to 15 month programme, they rotate between our Creative, Digital and Live Events Production teams working across some of our exciting projects and events.
Not only do our Apprentices gain enviable hands-on experience working on the ground, but they also get unlimited access to our M-Engage learning platform and learn a wide range of skills to help introduce them to the dynamic creative industry and the world of work.
Our successful intern training programme, includes an thorough induction and monthly masterclasses. Internships act as a great opportunity to join a diverse network of industry professionals and peers who are dedicated to helping each other succeed.
M internships give invaluable insights into all creative sectors and are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to make the most of the various opportunities that are available.
Work experience is a great opportunity for young people interested in exploring the options of a career in the creative industries. A short term work placement gives a young person a taste of what it is like to work in the industry, and allows them to assess if working in the creative industries is the right fit for them.
We invite candidates, aged 16 to 18, to send in a personal statement detailing why they would like to do your work experience with us. Please send work experience applications to email@example.com
At M we support making the creative industries more socio-economically diverse and inclusive by supporting young people from low-income backgrounds into careers in the creative industries through mentoring.
We believe that progress towards greater diversity, inclusion and equality needs to happen at all levels of the business. Our mentoring programmes support diverse talent at entry level. Mentorees embed and refine their skills through 1:1 sessions with our Senior Leadership Team.
This 18-month structured graduate programme sees Graduates work with inspirational industry leaders to build technical skill, business knowledge and core soft skills in order to become one of our future leaders.
We trust our Graduates with high levels of responsibility and client interaction as they work on our most innovative, exciting and challenging projects. We support them every step of the way with continuous feedback, leading training and regular coaching and mentoring as part of their personal development and feedback.
