

The Illegal Wildlife Trade Conference, held in London, brought together global leaders from over 80 countries to combat the estimated $20 billion per year illegal wildlife trade. Following an address from the UK’s Prince William, more than 50 countries adopted the London Declaration.

A breadth of services was delivered from Royal Household protocol to the curation of artworks. Complex logistics spanning registration and media services operated seamlessly alongside communications strategy, creative production and community management. A rigorous sustainability framework was embedded at every touchpoint.

The 25th Meeting of the Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Nations brought together representatives from 53 member states. Nineteen countries were represented by Heads of State (1 Sultan and 18 Presidents), 28 countries by their respective heads of government including the host country.

M acted as Single Operating Manager, assuming full responsibility for delivery. The result was the seamless execution of a Summit that upheld the values and vision of the FCO and the Commonwealth. From host broadcast services to flag ceremonies, every detail was meticulously planned and delivered in partnership with the UK Government.

Our Olympic work spans continents — from Beijing to London to Qatar — creating moments of collective elation and celebrating sporting greatness on a global stage.

We supported participation in an award-winning five-month programme focused on environmental innovation and global trade during the Beijing Horticultural Expo. More recently, we created a site-specific immersive engagement at the Eden Project — complementing the world’s largest indoor rainforest and reinforcing its environmental mission.
