At Farnborough International Airshow 2026, BAE Systems unveiled Brontanax® to the world: the UK's first sovereign Collaborative Combat Aircraft.
The challenge was to create a reveal that matched the significance of the aircraft itself. Check it out at the video below.
The reveal was designed as a carefully controlled sequence of content, sound, lighting and movement.
Working closely with the BAE Systems team, M refined every element, from content timings and audio cues to lighting and programming, to achieve the desired emotional outcome.
The reveal brought together CGI content, projection, LED, lighting and show programming in a tightly synchronised sequence. The result was a dramatic transition from anticipation to reveal, with every element working together to focus attention on the full-scale Brontanax® model.
The main world premiere was only one part of the experience. M also developed an iPad-controlled version of the launch sequence, allowing BAE Systems to deliver private, invitation-only reveals for visiting delegations throughout the show. This gave the team control of the experience at different moments, for different audiences, without compromising the creative impact.
