
At one of the aviation industry’s most important global gatherings, Embraer required a space that could support high-level meetings while projecting a confident brand presence.
The objective: create an environment where relationships could develop, conversations could unfold, and guests could experience the brand in a setting that balanced scale with hospitality.


The chalet combined bold architectural branding with carefully curated interior environments.
From the exterior graphics visible across the chalet row to the welcoming interiors, every element was designed to reinforce Embraer’s identity while supporting a demanding programme of meetings and guest engagement.

Alongside the design and build of the chalet, M supported Embraer’s wider event operations throughout the show. This included coordinating guest hospitality and managing transportation logistics for international visitors, ensuring the experience remained seamless from arrival to departure. Attention to detail and operational precision were essential throughout a busy multi-day programme.
